Assistant to the CEO (1972), CEO (1993–1997) and Chairman of the Board (1997–2000) at Spar + Leihkasse in Berne. Co-founder (1997) and Co-CEO (until 2000) of Valiant Holding, Berne. Founder (1994), CEO (until 2002) and Chairman (until 2004) of RBA Holding, Berne. Since 2005: Active member of Gullotti & Partner Management & Consulting Services and professional board member with various Swiss SME as well as with major research foundations in Switzerland. Editor and co-author of specialized books on banking, such as the Swiss encyclopaedia of money, banking and financial markets (Zurich 2002).
